For chemical companies, intellectual property is often the core to value creation in their businesses. We at IRL understand that innovation and technology are core to our customer’s business and retaining intellectual property right is not just a preference, it is a business imperative for many customers. Hence, IRL policies with customers are incredibly flexible based on their needs and IRL typically does not place encumbrances on intellectual property. We believe in continuing relationship and make our clients successful.
We consider it is extremely important to protect the confidentiality of information received from clients. IRL executes confidentiality agreements (CDA) with the customers pledging to protect the data entrusted to us. Employees associated with IRL sign secrecy agreements to ensure the security of confidential information. All confidential information received from customer is handled on a “need to know” basis at IRL. All external communication of information from customer project is prohibited, except with the written approval of the customer. IRL personnel strive to uphold highest standards of personal and professional ethics. IRL carefully avoids any situations involving potential conflict of interest.
